Hello

I have tried about a total of about 60 PC games, with the majority available on Steam. I have concluded a list of the best games that work exceptionally well with this FFB setup.

My setup consists of two identical initial D3 cabinets with FFB pro aganyte pcb to my pc's both running the sebarcade multi SSD image. I have edited the hyperspin wheel with Steam Big picture mode with two steam accounts
so i can play online pvp and linked with second cab.

The below games have been validated to work perfectly or near perfect with minimal issues and/or adjustment and no additional software other than vJoy + BFF.

PC

PS2 Emulator pcx2 with USBqemu-wheel https://github.com/jackun/USBqemu-wheel/releases

[Validated: FFB] burnout series

I followed this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeQpmcEaOGU

This configuration method will work with all the games that support a Logitech wheel on ps2:
Battle Gear 2
Battle Gear 3
Burnout series
Initial D
Wangan Midnight
Sega Rally Championship 1995
Sega Rally 2006
Outrun 2 SP (Japan) *US version C2C does not have wheel support at all*
Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3
Tokyo Xtreme Racer : Drift 2
Automodellista
Enthusia
GT3
GT4
Sega Ages vol 8 : Virtua Racing
Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero and 3
Tokyo Xtreme Racer Drift 1 and 2
Battle Gear 3
Racing Battle C1 Grand Prix
Enthusia
Gran Turismo 3 and 4
D1 Professional Drift Grand Prix
Ferrari F355 Challenge and Trofeo Pirelli
Smugglers Run 2
Tourist Trophy
WRC Rally Evolved

Next step is to get ps2 games working in LAN or Online p2p for some local burnout link...Another solution is to use parsec encoder for second cab and assign inputs. Local LAN shouldn't have any input lag but will be split screen.

A few other games tested on PC that partially work or need additional software to make it work.

BeamNg Drive(FFB works, Cant properly bind controls, buggy)
blur (FFB works, can't bind controls as x360 pad default)
Need for Speed Underground 2 (FFB works, Gas and Brake pedal behaving strange)
Need for Speed 2015 (FFB works well but cant bind brake/reverse, may need third party program to bind correctly)
Trackmania Turbo (FFB works, cant bind some controls properly)
v-Rally 4 (FFB works, binding was glitchy, needs another retest)
Xenon racer (FFB works, car going in reverse)

Just a note:
It seems games that had RAW or Direct Input seem to work the best. Adding support via other 3rd party apps may fix a lot of games, but essentially the FFB will be very minimal/Basic. That's ok for most casual games, but nothing compared to native support.

Would something like this work with this setup? Some games only detect ceretain wheels like newer need for speed, Forza games etc

Dedicated Lan Server = Steam version comes with dedicated server exe

Dirt 2.0= You need to browse to the directory input folder → device → device_defines.xml
from there you need to modify the line <device id="lib_direct_input" name="lib_direct_input" priority="5" type="unknown" default="true"/>
then add this inside that line within the brackets    ffb_force= "5"
It can be any number in between 0.5-10, default is 0.5 and my personal setting is 3 alongside my BFF overall strength set to 5.
You can then set your ffb spring effect setting to taste.

Need for Speed Hot pursuit 2010= To change steering sensitivity, navigate to C:\Users\(YOU)\Documents\Criterion Games\Need for Speed(TM) Hot Pursuit\Save\Default and change the file "controls.NFS11Save"
STEERLEFT=0,X_AXIS,0.01,-1.00
STEERRIGHT=0,X_AXIS,0.01,1.00

to

STEERLEFT=0,X_AXIS,0.01,-0.50
STEERRIGHT=0,X_AXIS,0.01,0.50

or you can change
the number, the lower the number, the more sensitive.

Bonus:
Tested Mario Kart 8 on Cemu emulator and the controls work 100%  - but no native FFB as the Wiiu doesnt have any.

Bonus 2: Games that support local lan natively can be played linked with this app
https://www.teamxlink.co.uk/

Edit:

automobilista 2 update LAN description
need for speed most wanted 2012 Update description
Project Cars 3 update LAN description
Added Need for speed Hot pursuit to validated games.
Added Ps2 emulator
Added descriptions

Maybe try with GIMX, as it provides a hardware emulation through an arduino with native USB and it gives very good results as far as I know (I guess this is somehow what the USBqemu-wheel does).

Yes and no. I did buy some games i wanted to keep or wanted to play online pvp for both steam accounts. A good and cheaper way to do this is to use websites like https://www.allkeyshop.com and buy cheaper steam keys.
My method was to download the games, test them first and if they work and I like them, buy them through cd key websites for much much cheaper, or wait for Steam sales that's always happening.
For example, I didn't buy all the F1 games i tested, just one - F1 2020.
I have another 40+ games i downloaded to test with the setup but a lot didnt work well enough, or some need additional software to get working or some worked but were buggy. I didnt list all the ones i tested here yet, maybe when i have the time one day i should put them all here to help other and save time...the problem is i can't remember all the problems each game had. I would need to retest them again but it takes a long long time to install and go through each game to verify if its working.

All the games I have listed work without any tricks or setting up, just in game settings is all that's needed.
There's a lot of other games not listed here that i have tested, for example the need for speed series has a lot of games (older ones) that work, but may need additional x360ce emulation software or the newer ones may need that logitech emulation software to get working properly. Some have FFB effects already sending signals to the wheel, but the controls are glitchy or the steering needs proper sensitivity adjustments as the game thinks its a controller and the steering is too sensitive or not sensitive enough. All these take some time, and my next step is to retry with some games again when i have the time to configure and play around with additional software etc. Theres still a lot of games i want to try make work but needs time to configure.(nfs Heat, Forza series etc)

Edit: I updated the list with more accurate description for some games.

For the Assetto corsa and Project Cars 1+2 games you need to get the steam versions as they have an additional software that's automatically installed under the "tools" menu in steam. It's essentially an .exe to start a dedicated server that you can run to be able to host a LAN session on your network. You can't use a cracked copy for these games, as the dedicated lan server executable is not included (usually) or missing. Some of these games are just easier to buy from steam, one example is Wreckfest. It took me few hours to get lan working because the crack wasn't compatible with the versions and not working with LAN. I did eventually find a way to get it working, but its just easier to buy the CD key and have the Steam versions as you don't have to spend all this time and effort...
For the online, if you have two games in Steam and connected to online (WAN+LAN) you can host lobby and just invite your second cabinet from your steam friends list and play 2 players hosted private online match. You can also host online match depending on game for more players to join to make it more fun :)

To clarify for Dirt Rally 2.0

You need to browse to the directory input folder → device → device_defines.xml
from there you need to modify the line
<device id="lib_direct_input" name="lib_direct_input" priority="5" type="unknown" default="true"/>
then add this inside that line within the brackets    ffb_force= "5"

It can be any number in between 0.5-10, default is 0.5 and my personal setting is 3 alongside my BFF overall strength set to 5.
You can then set your ffb spring effect setting to suit as well.

I have tried googling this adapter but it seems the websites are all down.
Last night i was playing with the x360ce emulation software trying to get games like sonic racing and need for speed to work, but for some reason it doesn't seem to register in game.
Can someone else test and see if this works for them?https://www.x360ce.com/
Just try it on any windows games that require/support xbox pads.

Thanks!
