Your settings look correct.
- Update BFF, your version is very old.
- Go to njz3's Github, download the controlset folder for 1VB (View Button) and H4 shifter, unzip it and put it in Documents/BackForceFeeder/Controlsets
https://github.com/njz3/BFF_gameassets/tree/dd185d82ea3829033a4d99a65767b3a4739778cc/ControlSets
- Report here, with the same screenshots, if it's not ok.

hi, with the new version the same on both cabs. what's interesting is that when I exit the game the steering wheel still moves to the left, apart from that everything works.  :-\

Try using njz3's Controlset available on his Github in GameAssets folder.

Also, if I remember correctly "Skip stop commands" is an option designed for Sega Rally, but I can't remember if it's supposed to be ON or OFF.
Anyway, using njz3's Controlset will tell.

Edit: Also maybe you need the FFB plugin. @gojirien @njz3 ?

on one half of the cab, I have the old BFF, on the other I installed the new one with the njz3 settings from his github. Both halves behave the same, the steering wheel runs away to the left. On the original game it works correctly. Without fbb everything works correctly.

Can you try the Diagnostic Mode in the App and Hardware window?

Edit: On your picture I see the latest BFF but not njz3's Controlset
